Borehamwood RBS Job Cuts
Staff in Hertfordshire will be affected by the bank's latest job cuts.
400 jobs are on the line in Hertfordshire after RBS announced major cuts.
It's cutting three and a half thousand more jobs across twelve centres nationally - including one in Borehamwood.
The announcement comes just three weeks after announcing half year profits of £1.1 billion.
The Unite Union has told Jack FM it's unlikely ALL 400 jobs will go in Borehamwood, because different parts of the business are based in the building. The Union will begin consulting with RBS and staff shortly - with things winding down in Borehamwood by 2012.
