Bikers are being urged not to take unnecessary risks on Hertfordshire's roads...
A special "Bikefest" event is being held at the Herts Fire and Rescue Training Centre on Hitchin Road in Stevenage to get that message across.
Stunt rider Mark 'Sparky' Chennell and British Racing Team MackRory Racing will also be showing off their skills to motorcycling fans.
There will also be displays of specialised fire bikes used by Fire and Rescue Services across the country including Hertfordshire's own fire bike and police motorcycle riders.
Richard Thake, Executive Member for Community Safety, said: "This is a fun event with a very serious message and the ultimate aim of reducing road-related injuries and fatalities.
Bikefest will encourage motorcyclists to continue to invest time and money into improving their skills, knowledge and experience through assessed riding events, such as BikeSafe, membership of advanced motorcycle groups and getting involved in organised track days.
Bikefest is also a great way for those who don't ride motorbikes to understand more about sharing the road with motorcyclists safely."
