Herts RSPCA Officers Called To Deal With Rubber Snake
Hertfordshire RSPCA officers have been left rattled, after being called out to catch a RUBBER snake!
A concerned resident in St Albans called to report an 18 inch-long repile hiding in the grass in the garden, saying they'd trapped it under a plant pot.
But when officers lifted it, they found a harmless rubber toy.
Hertfordshire RSPCA say they have found a number of real snakes in recent weeks, including an escaped pet corn snake in Hatfield.
