Beacons have been lit across Hertfordshire to celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee...
Flames shone out at thousands of locations in the UK, including Fairlands Valley Park in Stevenage, Campus West in Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield House, Hertford Castle and Broxbourne.
All beacons were lit between 10 o'clock and 10.30pm, with The Queen lighting the final one from the concert stage outside Buckingham Palace where Stevie Wonder, JLS, Sir Elton John were among the stars performing.
The beacon was lit by the Sailing Lake at Fairlands Valley Park, after a spectacular fireworks display over the boating lake.
