Police Fear Hitchin Attack Victim May Lose Sight In One Eye
Police fear a 20 year-old man may may lose the sight of an eye after being attacked in Hitchin...
The victim was assaulted by three men in Periwinkle Lane between 3 o'clock and 3.40 in the morning of October the 13th.
He suffered several fractures to his left eye socket which Herts police say may be life changing injuries.
Detective Sergeant Pete Hankins said: "This was a horrific assault which has resulted in a young man facing a life changing injury as there is a chance he may lose the sight in his left eye.
I would urge anyone who may have seen anything, or who may have any information at all which could assist our investigation to come forward."
